AT&T Rolls Out LTE In Los Angeles, San Diego

Get a new, 4G smartphone over the holidays? If you're on AT&T, you will now be able to take advantage of faster, LTE wireless speeds in the region. AT&T said today that it has turned on LTE in Los Angeles and San Diego, meaning that new smartphones, including the HTC Vivid, Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket, LG Nitro HD, and others can now access higher broadband speeds in the area. Los Angeles and San Diego are among eleven new cities with LTE access today, bringing AT&T's total markets to 26 with LTE support. AT&T says that its LTE 4G provides up to 10 times the speeds of current 3G connections.
