AWR Upgrades RF Design Software

El Segundo-based Applied Wave Research, a provider of high frequency electronic design automation software has upgraded its design software. The company said that it has upgraded its Visual System Simulator 2006 circuit design software. The upgraded software provides upgraded RF budget analysis features, new models, and better system analysis features. AWR's software is used for design of 3G WCDMA, 802.11 WLAN, and GSM and other wireless semiconductors.
