Accruent Raises $12M

Santa Monica-based Accruent has raised $12M for its contract management software solutions. The funding came from Granite Global Ventures, Sierra Ventures, Pequot Ventures, Innocal, Red Rock Ventures, Peninsula Equity Partners, and Constellation Ventures. The round of funding brings the total raised by Accruent to more than $35M. The company said the funding would be used to expand product development, sales, and marketing. More information »
