Active Network Signs Marine Corps Marathon

San Diego-based Active Network, the provider of sports registration and other online registration services, reports this morning that it has been selected by the Marine Corps Marathon. Active said it will provide its online registration and technology solutions for all of MCM's organized events. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Active said it is now providing its online registration technology to more than 35,000 endurance events; the firm provides its services to the Ironman Triathlon, Los Angeles Marathon, and the Chicago Marathon, among others.
