Apani Upgrades Security Software

Brea-based Apani Networks, a provider of network security software, has released an upgraded version of the firm's EpiForce perimeter security software. Apani said Wednesday that it has released EpiForce Version 2.2, adding support for the popular Oracle 10G database, Red Hat Linux 6.2 and 7.3, and Windows Terminal Server. Apani's software is targeted at enterprise data protection through authentication, authorization, and access control.
