BQE Software Buys Orange Loft

Torrance-based BQE Software, a developer of business management software, announced this morning that it has acquired Orange Loft LLC, which develops ArchiOffice and EngineerOffice, software used by architects and engineers to manage their businesses. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to BQE, it has acquired all of Orange Loft's assets, including Archioffice and EngineerOffice and Orange Loft's other intellectual property. Orange Loft's employees will join BQE Software along with the buy.
