BlackLine Adds Services Help

Calabasas-based BlackLine Systems, the financial close software provider headed by Therese Tucker, said this week that it has rolled out what it calls its "white glove service" to help their current clients. According to the company, the service will help clients with accounting and application expertise to help them optimize usage of the firm's software. BlackLine said the services might include configuring new templates for complex reconciliations, demonstration and usage of other modules, and configuration of the system, and will be provided for no charge to customers. BlackLine's software is used to automate aspects of the financial close and balance sheet reconciliation for companies.
