BlackLine In Alliance With KPMG

Los Angeles-based BlackLine Systems, the developer of financial close software headed by Therese Tucker, has signed a major deal with accounting and auditing firm KPMG, the company reported this morning. According to BlackLine, it is in an alliance with KPMG, which will bring sits software and professional services to clients. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. BlackLine's software is used to automated the financial close process for companies, automating account reconciliation. KPMG and BlackLine said they worked together on efforts with clients Xerox and Zurich North America, among others.
