The company--led by Christopher Webb--develops a service for restaurants which lets them accept online orders through their own, branded mobile apps, Facebook, and a restaurant's own websites. The company said the updated platform includes streamlined, mobile friendly upgrades and new tools for personalized takeout and delivery. Webb says the company now has over a thousand restaurants using its platform across the US and Canada, with clients that include Mario Batali and Thomas Keller. He said that among the reasons that restaurants are finding the company's platform are appealing are helping regional chains compete with the national chains. The company also has seen update at corporate cafes--including Google's--to make ordering lunch easier for their employees.
