CollegeHumor Seeks Buyer, Says Report

Los Angeles-based online humor site CollegeHumor is reportedly on the block, with majority owner IAC looking to sell its stack in the company for $100M, According to Fortune. The report cited "sources familiar with the situation" in the move. Apparently, IAC has been shopping CollegeHumor.com around to companies due to the boom in online content activity, including the recent sales of Maker Studios, Fullscreen Media, BigFrame, and Stylehaul--all local Los Angeles multi-channel networks (MCNs). CollegeHumor joins FunnyOrDie, another Los Angeles comedy property, in making the rounds of buyers.
