Coradiant Acquired By BMC

Poway-based Coradiant, which develops data center monitoring software, has been acquired by BMC Software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. BMC said the move would "substantially enhance" its ability to offer businesses a 360 degree view of service performance. Coradiant 's software will help to bolster BMC's software products, via a new offering, BMC End User Experience Management. Coradiant was venture backed by DCM-Doll Capital Management, Desjardins Capital Management, GrandeBanks Capital, and Miramar Venture Partners.
