Crisi Acquired By Becton Dickinson

San Diego-based CRISI Medical Systems, a developer of drug delivery systems for IV injectable medications, has been acquired by BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. BD and CRISI have been in a partnership since June of 2013 in developing a system for real-time drug identification, dose measurement, and allergy detection for IV injections.
