Demand Media: Man Delivers Baby Using Video

Santa Monica-based Demand Media reports that a man in the United Kingdom used a instructional video on the firm's site, Expert Village, to deliver his wife's baby. Instead of rushing his wife to the hospital, the firm said that engineer Marc Stephens instead logged onto his computer and looked up how to deliver a baby using one of the videos the site had produced back in 1996. Expert Village is Demand's online video site which features experts explaining information on various topics. The Expert Village video was posted on YouTube, and explained how to deliver a baby in a car, featuring a professional midwife.
