Dexcom Acquires European Distributor

San Diego-based diabetes monitoring products maker Dexcom ha acquired Nintamed, a medical products distributor with a presence in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, the company said Monday afternoon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Nintamed was Dexcom's exclusive distributor in those countries for the past six years. Dexcom said Nintamed will work closely with its international headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland.
