Docstoc Powers Microsoft Business Documents Marketplace

In a big win for Docstoc, the online business documents site run by Jason Nazar, the firm announced Tuesday that it has teamed up with Microsoft, to offer up small business documents for sale online. Docstoc's various documents--including things like partnership agreements, NDAs, confidentiality agreements, and much more--are now available for purchase through Microsoft Office 2013. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. Docstoc's online site offers up resources for small business owners and entrepreneurs, including premium documents and much more.
