EnerPath Acquired By Lime Energy

Redlands-based EnerPath, a developer of software and provider of program administration for utility, energy efficiency programs, has been acquired by Lime Energy. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Lime Energy, which provides energy services to utilities, and is headquartered in North Carolina, said it will use the buy to help address the commercial and residential markets. Lime Energy provides energy services to the commercial and small and medium sized business market.
