Everbridge Enhances Emergency Notifications

Glendale-based emergency notification provider Everbridge said Tuesday that it has added enhancements to its suite of products, adding a number of mobile and GIS features to its software. Everbridge said its product now includes new geofencing features; parcel level geo-coding; ability to send alerts via an iPad; and can support on-call scheduling of teams. The company said the updates come as part of its summer release. The company's software is used by companies, the government, university, and others for managing text messaging and phone alerts.
