Fisker Automotive Expands In Middle East

Anaheim-based electric car maker Fisker Automotive said Monday afternoon that it has signed a deal with a Middle Eastern automotive distributor, boosting sits efforts in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA). Fisker said it has signed an exclusive agreement with the Al-Futtaim Group to distribute its vehicles through key retailers operated by the group. Al-Futtaim also distributes Lexus, Volvo, Jeep, Toyota, Hino, Dodge, Honda, and Chrysler cars in the region. The two said that Fisker will begin distributing its vehicles through Al-Futtaim's flagship dealership at Dubai Festival City.
