Fullscreen In Talks To Sell Itself To Otter Media, Says Report

Los Angeles-based multichannel content network Fullscreen is in the midst of selling itself to Otter Media, the joint venture between AT&T and The Chernin Group, according to reports. The deal is reportedly worth between $200M and $300M. The Chernin Group is already part owner of Fullscreen, having backed the company in prior venture rounds. Fullscreen is led by George Strompolos. Fullscreen's other backers are Comcast Ventures and WPP.
