InTouch Health Gets $10M, Eyes Public Markets

Santa Barbara-based InTouch Technologies, a developer of remote presence systems used for the healthcare industry, announced today that it has raised $10M in a private placement. The round came from Beringea, via its InvestMichigan! Growth Capital Fund, and also included Galen Partners, InvestCare Partners, Twenty One East Victoria Investments, and others. According to InTouch, the new growth capital will go towards accelerating its commercial and product development plans--as well as infrastructure for a public offering.
