Mad Catz Interactive Sells Saitek To Logitech

San Diego-based Mad Catz Interactive has sold off its Saitek flight and space simulation game controllers to Logitech, the two said last week. The deal was worth $13M in cash. According to Logitech, the deal willcomplement its existing portfolio of Logitech G gaming products. Logitech said the deal is not considered material to its quarterly or full year financial results.
