NastyGal Files For Bankruptcy

Los Angeles-based e-commerce fashion brand NastyGal has filed for bankruptcy, after failing to find additional funding--even after news of a "cram down" round in October. According to the company, founded by Sophia Amoruso, it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Wednesday. Reports say that Amoruso also stepping down as Chairman of the company.
