Newegg Dangles Black Friday Deals At LA Location

Los Angeles-based online electronics retailer Newegg has kicked off its holiday promotions, saying that it will be offering up a number of "Black Friday" deals--including special set of deals available only in person at its City of Industry-based "Hybrid Center". Newegg said it is inviting Los Angeles area customers to visit its center between 10a and 4pm for coffee, cake, and special deals that are available only in person. Newegg said it would reveal the special deals at Friday's event, saying the deals are "so outstanding" that they will not be revealed until customers are on site, although the company said a popular next generation video game console will be available for $299.99 and a 2TB USB 3.0 external hard drive for $49.99.
