OptionEase Names Ops VP

San Juan Capistrano-based OptionEase, a developer of software-as-a-service for tracking stock option grants, as well as for fair market value accounting and compliance, announced today that it has named Kevin J. Liebl as Executive VP of Operations. Liebl joins from LSI Corporation, where he was Director of Corporate Marketing. Liebl was VP of Marketing for Irvine-based StoreAge Networking Technology, which was acquired by LSI; he has also served at Nextier Solutions Corporation, MTI Technology, and MAI Systems/Basic Four. OptionEase also said as part of the announcement that the firm is now cash flow positive and GAAP profitable, and has seen triple digit year-on-year growth. The firm took $2.5M in venture funding in May from GADS Option Fund and others.
