Peregrine Semiconductor Ships Integrated RF ICs

San Diego-based Peregrine Semiconductor (www.peregrine-semi.com) has shipped a new set of its RF CMOS and mixed-signal communications ICs. The company's new phased lock loop (PLL) devices provide further integration of components and enable its customers to create more cost-effective designs. Peregrine's components are used in high speed communications products. Peregrine is backed by CDIB, Global Alliance Venture Capital, Intel Capital, Morgenthaler Ventures, and others.
