PureVideo Launches Online Media Guide

El Segundo-based PureVideo, the firm that operates the online video sharing site StupidVideos.com, said today that it has launched a new search engine and celebrity portal called HollywoodUpClose.com. The new sitewill include a multimedia search engine and aggregation of celebrity and entertainment news. The firm said that it also plans to launch other vertical sites this year based on the same technical infrastructure.
