QLogic Joins Microsoft Interop Group

Aliso Viejo-based QLogic said Thursday that the firm has joined an interoperability group headed by computer giant Microsoft. QLogic said that it has joined the Interop Vendor Alliance (IVA), an effort to enhance interoperability between Microsoft software and hardware vendors. According to QLogic, it will be working with Microsoft to enhance interoperability of its products with Microsoft platforms. Qlogic is a provider of storage area networking (SAN) components and equipment for the data storage industry.
