QS Labs Adds Exec

Irvine-based QS Labs announced that it has appointed Joe Lindsay as President and CTO. QS Labs is developing compliance process management and content management platforms for the life sciences industry. Lindsay is a co-founder of eBuilt, and also served at AdForce and IBM. Linsay will be responsible for business and product development.
