Qualcomm Gets Design Win In Blood Glucose Meter

San Diego-based Qualcomm said today that the firm's wireless machine-to-machine modules have been designed into a blood glucose meter product from Telcare Incorporated. According to Qualcomm its Internet of Everything Module (IEM) has been designed into Telcare's 3GM blood glucose meter, which transfers blood glucose readings via 3G mobile broadband. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed.
