Quorum Ships RF CMOS Components

San Diego-based Quorum Systems, a manufacturer of CMOS radio frequency transceivers, said this week that it has gone into volume production with its quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE transceiver. The firm originally launched the product in late 2005, and said it is now in volume production. Quorum is venture-backed by Enterprise Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers.
