REVA Medical Looks To Australia For IPO

San Diego-based REVA Medical, a developer of stents used for treating coronary artery disease, has filed for an IPO in Australia. According to REVA, it is looking to raise up to $63M in an offering on the Australian Securities Exchange. REVA is venture backed by Domain Partners, Saints Capital, Cerberus, Brookside Capital Partners Fund, and others. The firm has raised over $57M in funding.
