ReVision Optics Gets $32M More For Commercialization Efforts

Lake Forest-based ReVision Optics, which is developing vision correcting, corneal inlays, has raised $32M more in an equity funding, the company announced this morning. The funding was led by JJDC, and also included current investors Canaan Partners, Domain Associates, InterWest Partners and ProQuest Investments. ReVision said the funding in the round will go towards expansion of commercialization of the company's implantable presbyopia-correcting corneal inlay technology. ReVision is led by John Kilcoyne.
