RealtyTrac Ties Into Classifieds Firm

Irvine-based RealtyTrac, an online provider of information about foreclosure properties, said Wednesday that it has inked an agreement to provide its listings to an online provider of web-based classifieds software. RealtyTrac said that Adicio, a provider of software for creating online classifieds, will give its clients access to the firm's default, foreclosure, auction, and other real estate listings. The firms said that it expects the listings and integration to be available later this year. RealtyTrac tracks foreclosure listings and provides that information to MSN, Yahoo, and other online sites, in addition to its own service.
