SAIC Completes bd Systems Acquisition

San Diego-based Science Application International Corp. (SAIC) said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of bd Systems, a Torrance-based provider of aerospace engineering and IT services. bd Systems employes more than 330 in Los Angeles and elsewhere in the U.S. The firm specializes in systems engineering, enterprise network management, aerospace engineering logistics and sustainment support, geographical information systems, and acquisition support. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
