SKY MobileMedia Embeds In Linux

San Diego-based SKY MobileMedia said earlier this week that the company's software now supports MontaVista's embedded Linux distribution. SKY's application software platform for the wireless industry said that it has integrated its software with MontaVista's Linux Consumer Electronics Edition. MontaVista's Linux distribution is targeted at manufacturers of multimedia handsets and smartphones. SKY MobileMedia provides software which allows handset manufacturers to run a common suite of software across operating system platforms.
