SOA Software Adds VPs

Santa Monica-based SOA Software, a provider of Web Services management tools, said today that it has added two new vice presidents to its executive staff. The company has added Jeff Drake as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, and Alex Lazar as Senior Vice President of Sales. Drake was most recently director of security strategy for IBM Tivoli Software, and previously co-founder and EVP Corporate Development at Access360. Lazar was most recently at Preventsys, where he headed sales. He also was security program director at IBM Tivoli, joining from Access360. Lazar also served at ISOCOR.
