Sonos In Deal With Chinese Cloud Music Provider

Santa Barbara-based Sonos, the maker of the popular, user-friendly multi room music systems, has connected its devices into another cloud music provider--this time, in China. Sonos said it has partnered with Tencent's QQ Music to bring the cloud streaming music service to its customers in mainland China. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. Sonos said a "consumer preview" of QQ Music is now available to Sonos users in China, and that the two will be rolling out a personalized implementation of the QQ Music service on its devices later this year.
