Spirent Taps MRV Equipment For Demonstration Test Lab

Chatsworth-based MRV Communications said today that it has partnered with Spirent Communications to incorporate its MRV Media Cross Connect and LX 4000T console server equipment into its automation lab. Spirent will use MRV's products in its Test Automation Lab, Spirent's new proof-of-concept lab which showcases automated testing techniques for network equipment providers. Spirent launched the lab last month to demonstrate to service providers and network equipment manufacturers how to combine lab and test management tools to create a fully automated testing environment.
