THQ Loses CFO

Agoura Hills-based THQ said Monday afternoon that Edward Zinser, the firm's CFO, has resigned. According to THQ, the resignation was a result of a mutual agreement by Zinser and the company; no further details for the resignation were given, except that THQ said that the resignation was in no way related to the financial condition, results of operations, or future prospects of THQ. Zinser has been replaced by Rasmus van der Colff, the firm's VP and controller, while the firm searches for a new CFO. THQ is a publisher and developer of computer games and other entertainment software.
