Tetra Tech Buys Haselwood Enterprises

Pasadena-based engineering and consulting firm Tetra Tech disclosed Tuesday morning that the firm has acquired Haselwood Enterprises, a provider of nuclear science and engineering services. Tetra Tech did not disclose financial terms of the deal, but said that Haselwood has annual revenues of approximately $14M. Haselwood provides services to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), commercial nuclear and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), including program management and technical services. Haselwood is based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and has about 120 employees.
