The Active Network Acquires Youth Soccer Firm

San Diego-based The Active Network has acquired LeagueOne.com, the company said today. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Active Network, which provides applications, technology, and web sites for community service organizations and team sports groups, said today it has acquired LeagueOne, a provider of registration and data management for soccer associations associated the United States Youth Soccer Association (US Youth Soccer). The acquisition will add LeagueOne's soccer administration services to the company's existing line of team management services.
