TouchCommerce Wins Virgin Mobile France

Agoura Hills-based TouchCommerce, a provider of online chat and sales conversion services for e-commerce retailers, reports today that Virgin Mobile France has implemented the firm's live assistance solution. Size of the win was not announced. Virgin Mobile France is the fourth-largest mobile operator in the region, according to the two firms. TouchCommerce is venture backed by Sierra Ventures, Emergence Capital Partners, Hudson Ventures, Dolphin Equity Partners, and Partech International. The firm is headed by Bernard Louvat.
