Toygaroo Gets Funding From Cuban, O'Leary

Los Angeles-based Toygaroo.com, a new startup that allows families to rent toys, has raised $200,000 in a funding round, the firm said late Monday evening. The funding came from Mark Cuban and Kevin O'Leary. Toygaroo--which calls itself the "Netflix of toys"--allows families to sign up for monthly deliveries of toys, which they can keep for 30- to 60-days before exchanging. The funding came through the firm's involvement in the ABC show "Shark Tank". Toygaroo said its plans start as low as $24.99 for a shipment every other month, via FedEx. More information »
