Uniloc Raises $6.1M

Irvine-based Uniloc USA is reporting that it has raised $6.1M in private equity. Uniloc is developing technology for device-based security and software copy control. The firm's technology uses a method of identifying hardware using physical imperfections of that device. Investors in the firm were not disclosed. More information »
