Websense Completes PortAuthority Buy

San Diego-based Websense said today that it has closed the acquisition of Palo Alto-based PortAuthority Technologies. The acquisition, which was announced in late December, was worth $90M in cash. PortAuthority provides information leak prevention software targeted at the enterprise.
