WiSpry Signs Asian Distributor

Irvine-based WiSpry, the developer of tunable radio frequency semiconductors, announced today that it has signed a deal with Asian electronics distributor EDOM Technology. According to the firm, EDOM will distribute its RF front end SoCs to handset suppliers, Wi-Fi equipment manufacturers, and base station providers in Taiwan, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. EDOM is based in Taiwan, with subsidiaries in China, Singapore, India, and Malaysia. WiSpry is headed by Jeff Hilbert.
