Yardi Wins REIT

Santa Barbara-based Yardi, which develops property management software, has signed up a new customer. The firm said that real estate investment trust (REIT) Gramercy Property Trust Inc. will use the company's flagship software, Yardi Voyager, as part of its business strategy. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Gramercy owns 106 buildings totaling 4 million square feet of office and 1.8 million square feet of industrial space. Yardi develops real estate investment and property management software.
