Zag Adds Director

Santa Monica-based Zag has added the former president of Volvo Cars North America and BMW North America to its board of directors. Zag announced this morning that Victor Doolan, who was most recently president of Volvo Cars North America, has joined the company's board of directors. Doolan has also served at Ford Motor Company and BMW. Zag is a technology startup looking to change the way consumers buy cars. The firm is headed by Scott Painter, who was CEO of CarsDirect.com, and is backed by Anthem Ventures, Arcturus Capital, Capital One, and Global Retail Partners. More information »
