    Academy123 Sold To Discovery Education


    Westlake Village-based Academy123 was quietly sold earlier this month to Discovery Education. Terms were not disclosed. Academy123 developed homework study guides and educational software for middle and high school students. Discovery said that it will distribute Academy123's products beginning in September. Academy123 was funded by Arcturus Capital and Momentum Venture Management.
