Accordent Raises $4M
Hermosa Beach-based Accordent Technologies has raised $4M in a Series A funding from TVC Ventures, the firm is announcing today. Accordent Technologies is developing presentation software for managing rich and streaming media for webcasts. As a part of the funding round, Steve Hamerslag and Jeb S. Spencer of TVC will join the firm's board. San Diego-based TVC was formerly known as Titan Investment Partners. Accordent said that it will use the funding to accelerate time to market for new products.
